As a leader in the digital, social and mobile landscape, Elly Deutch Moody has provided her expertise to a diverse array of companies and brands – both large and small – on how to effectively create and execute fully integrated digital marketing strategies to drive business value. Over the last decade in the digital space, Elly has created, executed, and managed social media communities for over 350 companies, athletes and brands. In her current role at McDonald’s, Elly oversees the digital customer statisfaction and engagement strategy, as well as e-Care for the McDonald’s social media channels.

Elly has spoken around the world at over 200+ conferences, summits, events and universities on her experience and knowledge of digital communications and social media marketing strategy.

Prior to working in her current role at McDonald’s, Elly worked as Associate Director of Digital and Social Media at Garrett Popcorn Shops. She also worked as a digital strategist and community manager for brands such as Campbells, Kraft, Mars, Motorola, Nestle and Unilever while on the digital team at Weber Shandwick in Chicago. She has built and executed various digital campaigns, sponsorships and event activations with sport greats like Jerome Bettis, Cris Carter, Tony Dungy, Antonio Freeman, Carli Lloyd, Megan Rapinoe, Mark Sanchez, Ryan Dempster, Kate Sobrero Markgraf, Monica Gonzalez, Ella Masar and many more.

Elly launched her career in professional sports marketing, working as the Marketing and New Media Manager for the first ever Women’s Professional Soccer team in Chicago, the Chicago Red Stars. Challenged with the launch of a new professional sports team in an economic downturn, Elly helped transform the face of the Red Stars by creating, programming and successfully executing both traditional and new media marketing strategies to establish the Red Stars.
